About KKR Educational Society
KKR Educational Society, established in 2019 in Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh, is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering youth through skill development and employment enablement. With a strong focus on the PAN India model, we are dedicated to skilling, upskilling, and placing unemployed youth—especially those from rural and underserved backgrounds.
Our goal is to create a robust ecosystem of skill-based education and livelihood opportunities by collaborating with government initiatives, industry leaders, and social enterprises. By aligning our efforts with both central and state-level skill development missions, we aim to address the national challenge of unemployment and drive inclusive, sustainable growth.
Our Core Program Verticals
1. Skill Training Programs
We deliver certified, industry-relevant training under schemes such as PMKVY, APSSDC, and MEPMA, as well as through private partnerships. These programs equip youth with practical skills across sectors like healthcare, retail, IT/ITES, hospitality, and construction, ensuring job readiness and employment linkage.
2. Industrial Training Programs
As a registered partner under NAPS and NATS, we offer hands-on apprenticeships and technical training in collaboration with MSMEs and large-scale industries. These programs help bridge the gap between education and employment, preparing youth for real-world careers and boosting industry productivity.
3. CSR and Community Programs
We undertake various community initiatives including health camps, digital literacy workshops, life skills training, women empowerment programs, and environmental drives. These efforts promote holistic community development and align with CSR mandates of partner organizations.
Execution Strategy
To ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of our initiatives, KKR Educational Society follows a structured, impact-driven execution model:
▪ Need Assessment & Mobilization:
Baseline surveys are conducted to identify target beneficiaries. Mobilization is carried out through community outreach, NGOs, and local administration.
▪ Training Infrastructure:
Training centers are equipped with smart classrooms, biometric attendance, and sector-specific labs, adhering to NSDC/SSC norms.
▪ Certified Trainers & Curriculum:
Training is delivered by certified professionals using NSQF-aligned curricula, with a focus on both practical skills and soft skills.
▪ Assessment & Certification:
Third-party assessments are conducted as per scheme guidelines, leading to recognized certification that enhances employability.
▪ Placement & Post-Placement Support:
An active placement cell engages with employers across sectors. We also provide post-placement tracking, counseling, and grievance redressal.
▪ Monitoring & Reporting:
Real-time project tracking through MIS portals, along with periodic audits and detailed reporting to funding and partner agencies, ensures transparency and performance accountability.
